MAIL TO

Put your name and full return address (city, state, zip) in the upper-left corner. In the middle, write the person's incarcerated name, SCDC inmate number, living/dorm unit, institution name, and the institution's complete street address with city, state and zip.
Legal mail from lawyers and courts has its own address or rules: see the department's mail page.
