MAIL TO
Dashed lines are for you to fill in, in the department's own words.
Address the envelope in this order: the resident's full name and KDOC number, the name of the correctional facility, the street address, then city, state and zip code. Include your own name and return address or the letter will not be delivered. Send only letters or photographs, and do not include stamps.
Legal mail from lawyers and courts has its own address or rules: see the department's mail page.
